We take your privacy seriously.

We don’t run analytics software of any kind on any page. We don’t keep ongoing logs of your visits on our servers. We don’t collect any identifying information on you unless you give us permission to do so.

If you do, we will collect personal data in accordance with the provisions of German data protection statutes. The legal framework for data protection may be found in the German federal data protection act (BDSG) and the Telemedia act (TMG).

Additional collection of information

We may collect additional personally identifiable information, like names, email addresses, etc., when voluntarily submitted by our visitors (e.g. subscribing to daily tips). This information is only used to fulfill your specific request, unless you give us permission to use it in another manner, for example to add you to our mailing list.

Our order process and all transactions are handled by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Access to your personal information

You are entitled to access the personal information that we hold about you and request that we correct or delete this information. To do that please email your request to us.

Retention of Data

We retain your personal information only as long as necessary to provide our services or fulfill legal obligations. Once no longer needed, your data will be securely deleted.
